Operations Administrator
We are looking for an additional team member who is excellent in situations that require strategic organization of information. You set priorities, sequence them and execute them on a daily basis. You prefer working with proven procedures and engage in continuous improvement striving to make processes better. You can be counted on to plan thoroughly, and coordinate details.
This job is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, good at building relationships, collaborating across departments, creating excellent customer experience, researching and compiling data, and loves working in a busy and varied position.
Responsibilities include,
- Monitor vehicle deliveries to track delivery of plates
- Update information into the CRM, keeping records updated for vehicle compliance
- Apply for and track federal incentives for electric vehicles, monitoring payments
- Collaborating with various teams, complete SAAQ ATAC forms
- Participate in streamlining and documenting processes
- Assist with incoming documents, working with vendors to collect missing paperwork
- Handle all incoming and outgoing office mail
- Other duties as assigned
