Gardenland Co-op serves communities in South-Central Manitoba, including Winkler, Morden, Lowe Farm, Plum Coulee, Rosenort and St. Joseph.
The Position(s)
4 Summer Ag Student positions available at our 4 locations. One position is available in each of our Ag locations in Lowe Farm, Morden, St. Joseph and Rosetown, Manitoba.
Term : May-August 2025. This position is eligible for Co-op’s student development program, which includes the potential of tuition rebate.
Core Function
The Summer Student will provide routine support and knowledge of agronomic products to local co-op customers and will perform routine farm customer service responsibilities, including field scouting, agronomic troubleshooting, crop planning, fertility, and crop protection recommendations. The Summer Student will assist with yard work, and basic maintenance and other duties as assigned.
The Summer Student will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Summer Student will be provided supervision and guidance. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
