You will : Support the training and development of sales representativesProvide coaching and mentorship on best practices and business standardsIdentify team members’ training needs and areas for improvementMaximize team productivity and ensure achievement of targets and KPIsMaintain knowledge and understanding of training procedures and activitiesManage and review information on CRM system to track progress to goalsUphold business standards and expectationsConduct trends analysis on calls and demosOther tasks as requiredWhat you bring to the jobYou have a growth mindset, strong ambitions, and motivation to be the best and help others on the same path.
