Please note : This is a temp-permanent position that includes virtual and in-person assistant duties. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily schedules, including email and calendar coordination and handling meeting logistics.
Prepare detailed documents, reports, and applications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Arrange travel plans, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, and car rentals.
Anticipate travel needs and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
Assist with day-to-day errands and outgoing calls.
Oversee small projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Use tools, such as ChatGPT, to optimize communication and streamline administrative tasks.
Liaise with team members and external partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Plan and coordinate company social events throughout the year.
Requirements
