Kara Mia Restaurants Markham Inc. an Markham based eatery looking for a Cook, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, to join our team, this position is full-time and permanent at 7690 Markham Rd, Markham ON.
Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare awesome meals for our customers
Run Kitchen in the absence of head Chef
Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Ensure smooth kitchen operation, safe and clean work environment;
Ensure timely requisition of kitchen supplies and fresh products for specialty menu items;
Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
At least 1 years of experience as a SOUS CHEF, COOK or CHEF DE PARTIE is REQUIRED, especially in Italian restaurants.
Post-secondary education (training / certification / diploma) in culinary studies, catering or hospitality is an asset.
