Your Day-to-Day

Build and fit mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
Inspect finished components against technical drawings, schematics, and quality standards.
Prep, package, and stage completed products for final quality audit and dispatch.
Uphold 5S standards to keep your workspace organized, efficient, and hazard-free.

What You Need to Succeed

1+ years of assembly, manufacturing, or general warehouse experience (automotive or EV background preferred).
Proven mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and precision.
Comfort working on your feet for full shifts and safely lifting between 30 and 50 lbs.
Dependable transportation to our facility in Milton, ON.

Technical Aptitude: Proficient operating hand/power tools, using precision measurement equipment, and interpreting basic technical drawings.
Workplace Standards: Dedicated to quality accuracy, strict safety compliance, and consistent daily punctuality.
