As our portfolio of premium organic cannabis brands expands rapidly, we seek a dynamic Business & Education Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on the Southwestern Ontario region, leading sales and education initiatives to help establish Rubicon as the premier cannabis partner in the region.
Role Overview
As a Business & Education Consultant , you’ll leverage your cannabis expertise and sales experience to cultivate relationships, drive brand awareness, and create impactful community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Rubicon Organics in Ontario while leaving a long-lasting legacy within an innovative, purpose-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Education Leadership : Manage sales and educational activities, ensuring alignment with Rubicon’s goals and values.
- Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with retail managers and staff, positioning Rubicon Organics as the first-choice partner for budtenders and consumers.
- Brand & Community Engagement : Increase brand visibility and community involvement in your territory through strategic marketing initiatives and event participation.
- Market Development : Identify and pursue new distribution and partnership opportunities to maximize Rubicon’s market presence and product availability.
- Product Training & Education : Conduct educational sessions on product quality and industry trends to empower retail staff and enhance consumer knowledge.
