Please note that for this position, SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation does not cover travel expenses to travel to one of our three (3) pick up points of Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge. Travel expenses will be at the cost of the candidate should you be selected for hire.

SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Operator, Grader .

About Your New Role :

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Operator, Grader, will be responsible for maintaining the underground road networks to ensure that all travel is conducted safely, coupled with your own appreciation for safety.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Operate integrated tool carriers, underground trucks, and light vehicles.

Equipment cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Communicate clearly and effectively on a two-way radio.

Road maintenance including road chambers and drainage.

Your Knowledge and Skills :

Knowledge of production and development mining activities.

Team player with a strong work ethic.

Competent in being a safe and responsible driver.

Your Education and Experience :

The successful candidate will have :

Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.

Experience as a Grader Operator, preferably in an underground operation.

About Our Working Conditions :

This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.
