Job description
IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for bilingual (English & French) candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting stated productivity targets.
