Are you an experienced Municipal Survey CAD Drafter / Calculations Specialist with a strong background in land surveying, particularly in Saskatchewan? Key Responsibilities :

• Draft legal survey plans, including subdivisions, condominiums, utility rights-of-way, etc.
• Prepare real property reports (RPRs) and topographic surveys.
• Perform calculations for property boundaries, foundation placements, and grade levels.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create precise, professional deliverables.
• Collaborate remotely with field crews and project leads to ensure alignment on project scopes.
• Liaise with clients, offering technical solutions and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Conduct quality control on field data, calculations, and final survey drawings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with land survey drawings and land tenure systems in Saskatchewan .
• Work independently from home, using the company's virtual systems to deliver high-quality results.
