Cella by Randstad Digital is looking for a high-caliber Freelance PowerPoint Designer to transform complex data and raw content into sleek, high-impact presentations. This isn't about "making slides pretty"—it’s about strategic visual communication.

The ideal partner is someone who speaks fluent "Brand Guidelines," masters the nuances of PowerPoint’s animation engine, and possesses the rare ability to turn a dense spreadsheet into a clear, digestible narrative.

This is a freelance project based engagement, which allows the designer to work remotely using their own equipment.

Responsibilities
• Template Architecture: Develop robust, user-friendly master templates with custom layouts, theme colors, and font sets that remain functional for non-designers.
• Brand Stewardship: Expertly apply brand visual identities to presentations, ensuring 100% consistency across typography, iconography, and imagery.
• Data Simplification: Analyze complex data sets or technical concepts and translate them into intuitive charts, infographics, and diagrams.
• Advanced Motion Design: Utilize Morph, triggers, and layered animations to create cinematic transitions and storytelling sequences that enhance (not distract from) the message.
• Asset Creation: Sourcing or creating high-quality iconography and imagery that aligns with the project’s aesthetic.


Qualifications
• PowerPoint Mastery: You know the software inside out—from slide masters and XML hacking to advanced animation paths.
• Information Design: A proven track record of "decluttering" slides. You know what to cut and what to emphasize.
• Graphic Design Foundations: Strong eye for layout, white space, and hierarchy (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus).
• Precision: An obsession with alignment, kerning, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Reliability: Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and communicate clearly regarding project timelines.
