The CAD Designer will be responsible for :

Skillfully translate engineering designs into comprehensive reinforced concrete drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with structural specifications.
Produce meticulous mechanical drawings in adherence to contractual obligations, striving for precision and alignment with project specifications.
Create informative annotative details and sections that aid in conveying critical project information, promoting a better understanding of design intent.
Develop detailed shop drawings, encompassing steel plate and piping components, facilitating efficient fabrication and assembly processes.
Collaborate closely with engineers, shop personnel, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination, addressing fabrication and constructability requirements effectively.

The required qualifications for the CAD Designer are :

3 years of relevant experience in design.
Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD.
Skilled in structural, concrete, steel, and mechanical design.
Familiar with engineering principles and construction processes.
Aware of engineering standards and workflow.
Able to work effectively in teams, even under tight schedules.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with 3D modeling is a plus.
