As Business Unit Manager, you will be the leader driving strategic direction and holding full accountability for P&L performance for your business unit. The Business Unit Manager is a key leadership role at CMC Electronics for driving overall business leadership, driving business results and fostering our company’s culture. The Business Unit Manager orchestrates all activities relating to his / her business, leading a cross-functional team of Directors to drive growth and success of your business. You will be the business strategist, setting the overall direction for your business. Your role will involve forging and maintaining strong, close-knit relationships with customers and functional partners alike.
The Business Unit Manager role is the key development role for executive positions at CMC, we therefore seek a highly motivated individual with a desire for rapid career growth.

- Strategy : Design and implement a vision, a strategy and associated tactics to drive operational excellence and exceed financial performance targets.

- Culture Carrier : Drive high standards for individual, team, and organizational achievement by applying CMC’s value creation model, having a strong bias for action, and using data to drive decision making. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and open and honest communication.
- Operational Alignment : Translate strategic priorities into operational success by aligning communication, resources, processes, and key performance indicators.
- Communication : Deliver compelling presentations on quarterly financial results, business cases, and customer engagements.
- Engagement : Travel up to 20% to engage with customers, attend tradeshows, and participate in corporate events and activities.
