Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial, le recrutement et la gestion d'une unité de consultants.

Responsabilités : * Développer un portefeuille clients et établir des partenariats stratégiques.

  • Gérer différents cycles de vente, tant pour les grands comptes que pour les PME et startups.
  • Recruter et identifier les consultants adéquats pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Gérer une unité de consultants à moyen terme, en assurant leur bien-être et leur développement professionnel.
  • Suivre le PNL de l'unité et être incentivé sur la marge dégagée.
