Responsibilities Include :

• Maintain configuration to support business needs and in compliance with established controls including testing of changes and baseline review of fees outlined in the prospectus.
• Coordinate end to end system updates for product launches.
• Coordinate and test CSOX in accordance with established controls.
• User Acceptance Testing to validate business rules and system changes.
• Maintain statistics and dashboards.
• Review and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory mailing production, quality control and issue management.
• Provide product and operational support :

accurate and timely client reporting documents including client statements, tax slips, trade confirmations and fund facts.
