Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Consultant to join our team. As a Business Central Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, a comprehensive ERP solution.
Your expertise in Business Central functionalities, configurations, and integrations will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and optimize the performance of Business Central implementations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, diagnose problems, and provide appropriate solutions within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and suggest improvements or workarounds.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a comprehensive and accurate manner.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate clients on best practices, system functionalities, and new features.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and implementation consultants, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as software developers and system integrators, to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest releases, updates, and features of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and related technologies.
- Continuously improve support processes, documentation, and knowledge base to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide input and feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements, enhancement requests, and bug reports.
