Ce que nous recherchons :

Tink est à la recherche d’un.e analyste d’affaires sénior spécialisé en CX (customer experience)  et en design de services (service design).

En duo avec un stratège numérique, tu concevras et documenteras des parcours utilisateurs end-to-end sous la forme de diagrammes de service blueprints. Pendant que le stratège se concentrera sur l’animation des ateliers et la documentation de la portion en haut de la ligne de visibilité du parcours utilisateur, toi tu te concentreras sur la documentation des éléments qui se passent sous la ligne de visibilité.

On parle principalement ici des processus d’affaires qui supportent le parcours et des systèmes informatiques impliqués.  C’est toi qui proposeras les capacités système (system capabilites) requises pour supporter la vision du parcours et des tactiques établis en stratégie.

Tâches et responsabilités du poste :

En mode projet CX (customer experience) :

  • Conduire en collaboration avec les stratèges CX (customer experience) des entrevues avec les experts / équipes front-line pour comprendre l’expérience client et l’usage des outils; collecter irritants et opportunités ;

Co-animer les ateliers d’idéation du parcours cible avec le stratège; consolider les insights.

  • Identifier les capacités d’affaires requises pour le futur parcours ;
  • Rencontrer les TI pour discuter de system capabilites et de leurs écosystèmes numériques (actuel et à venir) ;
  • Cartographier la portion sous la ligne de visibilité des parcours utilisateurs sous forme de Service blueprint ;
  • Faciliter la validation du parcours proposé avec les parties prenantes chez le client ;
  • Supporter la priorisation des initiatives (matrice de priorisation) ;
  • Épauler les TI / architectes pour établir la feuille de route d’architecture ;
  • Clarifier les impacts sur processus, données et intégrations; documenter limites / risques.
  • Questionner, challenger et conseiller les clients au niveau de leur évolution Web (Site transactionnel, vitrine, intranet, commerce électronique, etc.) ;
  • Préparer et présenter des synthèses claires et visuelles; participer aux présentations exécutives ;
  • Être en écoute active au démarrage; prendre davantage le lead en consolidation et en finalisation des livrables ;
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre client, stratège et TI; sécuriser et rassurer les interlocuteurs techniques.
  • En mode projet standard :

  • Effectuer de la prise de besoins d’affaires dans le but de les inventorier et les traduire en requis (fonctionnels et non fonctionnels) ;
  • Collaborer avec des Stratèges CX et numérique ainsi que des Directeurs au développement des affaires pour conseiller adéquatement les clients ;
  • Définir et évaluer des solutions web et / ou mobiles profitables et innovatrices ;
  • Rédiger des cahiers des exigences (i.e. cahiers de charges).
  • Qualifications et caractéristiques requises

  • Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en tant qu’analyste d’affaires ;
  • Expérience en CX (customer experience) et design de services ;
  • Solide crédibilité auprès des TI / architectes et des exécutifs; aisance à « parler système » (front / back, intégrations, données) ;
  • Extraverti et rassurant avec les TI; plus discret en ateliers business (le stratège mène ce volet) ;
  • Esprit de synthèse, pensée systémique, rigueur de documentation. ;
  • Très à l’aise en facilitation ;
  • Autonomie élevée en contexte de consultation côté client; leadership d’influence; sens politique ;
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de service design (journey mapping, service blueprint, co-création, validation) ;
  • Connaissances des outils : Smaply (ou équivalent), Miro, Jira / Confluence un atout ;
  • Connaissances de CRM, ERP, eCommerce, CMS, orchestration omnicanale et intégrations / API ;
  • Un diplôme universitaire ou une expérience pertinente ;
  • Bilingue français / anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, car vous serez en relation avec des clients anglophones.

    What we're looking for :

    Tink is seeking a senior business analyst specialized in CX and service design.

    Paired with a digital strategist, you will design and document end-to-end user journeys in the form of service blueprint diagrams. While the strategist focuses on facilitating workshops and documenting the portion above the line of visibility, you’ll focus on documenting what happens below the line of visibility, primarily the business processes that support the journey and the IT systems involved. You’ll propose the system capabilities required to support the journey vision and the tactics established in strategy.

    Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

    In CX project mode (customer experience) :

  • In partnership with CX strategists, conduct interviews with frontline experts / teams to understand the employee experience and tool usage; capture pain points and opportunities.
  • Co-facilitate target-journey ideation workshops with the strategist; synthesize the insights.
  • Identify the business capabilities required for the future journey.
  • Meet with IT to discuss system capabilities and their digital ecosystem (current and future).
  • Map the below-the-line portion of user journeys as a service blueprint.
  • Facilitate validation of the proposed journey with client stakeholders.
  • Support initiative prioritization (prioritization matrix).
  • Support IT / architects in establishing the architecture roadmap.
  • Clarify impacts on processes, data, and integrations; document constraints / risks.
  • Question, challenge, and advise clients on their web evolution (transactional sites, marketing sites, intranets, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver clear, visual syntheses; participate in executive presentations.
  • Listen actively at kickoff; take more of the lead during consolidation and finalization of deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the client, strategist, and IT; build trust and reassure technical stakeholders.
  • In standard project mode :

  • Elicit business needs to inventory and translate them into requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Collaborate with CX and digital strategists and business development directors to advise clients effectively.
  • Define and evaluate profitable, innovative web and / or mobile solutions.
  • Write requirements specifications (requirements document).
  • Required Qualifications and Characteristics :

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in CX (customer experience) and service design.
  • Strong credibility with IT / architects and executives; comfortable “speaking systems” (front / back, integrations, data) and translating for business audiences.
  • Outgoing and reassuring with IT; more discreet in business workshops (the strategist leads this part).
  • Synthesis mindset, systems thinking, and rigorous documentation.
  • Highly comfortable with facilitation.
  • High autonomy in client-facing consulting contexts; influence-based leadership; political savvy.
  • Mastery of service design methods (journey mapping, service blueprint, co-creation, validation).
  • Familiarity with tools : Smaply (or equivalent), Miro; Jira / Confluence is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, eCommerce, CMS, omnichannel orchestration, and integrations / APIs.
  • University degree or relevant experience.
  • Bilingual French / English, spoken and written, as you’ll work with English-speaking clients.
