Client Manager / Junior Accountant Description
Our client, a dynamic Accounting Firm, is looking to add a Client Manager to their team in Montréal, Québec. As the Client Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring their accounting needs are met while handling basic accounting responsibilities for your assigned accounts. To qualify for this career building opportunity, professional work experience in positions focused on building customer relationships with exposure to basic accounting or financial transactions. Our client is willing to train individuals who are organized, detail oriented, efficient and resourceful, and possess strong problem solving and communication skills. Client Manager / Junior Accountant Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and prompt responses
- Understand client operations and provide customized solutions
- Coordinate with teams for accurate accounting and advisory services
- Prepare tax documents and year-end financial statements
- Track compliance deadlines and assist with timely filings
- Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Support senior staff with special projects
