ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Architect to design, optimize, and implement operational workflows across our business units. This role will act as a key strategist and facilitator, aligning processes with organizational goals while leveraging industry best practices.
The Business Process Architect plays a crucial role in designing business processes to align with our organization’s strategic goals. The incumbent will be a member of the Centralized Planning Office team, led by the CEO.
The Business Process Architect will focus on the following key areas :
- Creation of value streams aligned with corporate strategy.
- Quality : Flawless delivery of products and services.
- Cycle time : Speedy response to customers’ queries and requests.
- Cost efficiency.
- Optimal automation and deployment of AI.
