Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Process Consultant to their team for an initial 12 months of contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid, 1-2 days a week in office in Toronto.
Responsibilities Include :
- Document process requirements and assist in researching viable solutions, making recommendations for process enhancements based on findings.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality, client satisfaction, and cost performance.
- Identify gaps in processes and implement strategies to improve quality, client satisfaction, and cost performance. Maintain and document IAM processes, applying Information Security standards and guidelines.
- Proactively contribute to governance initiatives, providing technical and business advice. Assist in the development of governance and risk-related company policies.
- Design process map documentation using Visio, incorporating actions and utilizing swim lane concepts.
- Develop RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrices and facilitate discussions to determine role ownership.
- Utilize project management skills, including experience with Jira and waterfall methodology, to manage initiatives effectively.
Qualifications : Must Have Skills :
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Process Analyst, with proficiency in process mapping.1-2 years of experience with Visio for process documentation.Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables.Engineering Degree or similar qualification.Nice-To-Have Skills :
