BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECT (ON-SITE)

ROLE PURPOSE
We flawlessly deliver products and services that enable greater safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability to industrial operations worldwide. We care, collectively and individually for each other, our customers, the environment, and our company’s performance.
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Architect to design, optimize, and implement operational workflows across our business units. This role will act as a key strategist and facilitator, aligning processes with organizational goals while leveraging industry best practices.
The Business Process Architect plays a crucial role in designing business processes to align with our organization’s strategic goals. The incumbent will be a member of the Centralized Planning Office team, led by the CEO.
The Business Process Architect will focus on the following key areas :
- Creation of value streams aligned with corporate strategy.
- Quality : Flawless delivery of products and services.
- Cycle time : Speedy response to customers’ queries and requests.
- Cost efficiency.
- Optimal automation and deployment of AI.
