In this leadership role, you will oversee and support four key departments : Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Processing, and Reception. We put culture first and value your ideas and contributions. Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, guidance, training, and technical support for all departments under purview
• Develop strategic plans and set departmental targets to meet company goals
• Drive the profitable growth of the company, maximizing retention and new business
• Exhibit and promote the company’s vision, goals, and values
• Inspire a culture of high performance, productivity, collaboration, customer service, and professionalism
• Foster leadership development through performance evaluations, ongoing and effective feedback, and training opportunities for leaders and our teams
• Represent the brokerage with carrier partners and within the community
• Build relationships with key clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Be an Armour ambassador at various industry events
• Develop / modify and implement operational standards and processes to ensure a high level of compliance, customer service and efficiency
• Participate in recruitment of team members in conjunction with HR
• Be an active in‑office presence Monday–Friday 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm
• Travel to and work in other Alberta offices regularly, and Ontario on occasion
