SpiriaMontreal, Montreal (administrative region), CanadaThe Business Development Director's primary role is to identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients and partners. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding Spiria’s client portfolio through prospecting, networking, and presenting tailored solutions to meet business needs. While the focus is on acquiring new accounts, the role also involves collaborating strategically with internal teams to ensure the success of proposals and foster satisfaction with prospects and clients.
As a Business Development Director at Spiria, you will be required to :
- Actively and strategically develop new accounts and business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Identify and qualify the needs of potential customers to propose appropriate solutions, drawing on the strengths of the technical and marketing teams.
- Represent Spiria professionally to stakeholders at executive and tactical levels; understand the strategic and business drivers motivating the development of client projects.
- Assume the responsibilities of a business and technology advisor and involve the team as required.
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams on strategies to develop Spiria's sales funnel, and collaborate with team members when writing service offers.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, playing an active role in their final validation, to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with customer needs.
