Business Analyst

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, map business processes, and support the development of products and services that align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Map out and assess current business processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improved efficiency.
• Support the development of new products and services that address customer needs and drive business value.
• Partner with product managers and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business requirements.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks—including scope changes, resource constraints, and delivery challenges—to ensure successful execution.
• Provide clear, timely progress updates to stakeholders and effectively communicate any changes to project plans.
• Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining strong communication and alignment with all involved parties.

Qualifications & Skills :

5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Technology, Wealth Tech / Financial Technology.

Strong analytical abilities with experience gathering, organizing, and interpreting complex datasets from multiple sources.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and develop practical, actionable solutions.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, complete documentation and deliverables.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, IT, and business stakeholders.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and navigate changing project requirements in a dynamic environment.

A desire to work in an entrepreneurial culture where initiative, innovation, and ownership are encouraged.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70.00-$80.00 per hour
