Job descriptionSupport managers in the application of HR policies and employment legislation. Act as a mediator in labor relations and recommend practical, balanced solutions. Actively contribute to change management initiatives. Design and implement strategies that enhance team effectiveness, engagement, and alignment with company values. Analyze HR metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations. Optimize HR processes while taking into account the realities of a manufacturing environment. Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Have a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Are comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment. Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to influence leaders. Possess excellent communication, coaching, and conflict ‑ resolution skills. Are able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Are bilingual in French and English. – required to communicate with certain team members and to understand the technical documentation provided by our customers, mainly in English Complete coverage including vision, dental, medical, and more. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources (HRD), the Human Resources Business Partner (HRAP) acts as a strategic advisor to the plant's managers and employees to align HR practices with the company's business objectives. It plays a key role in optimizing engagement, organizational development, HR processes, labor relations, and overall performance.
