Job description

This salaried role (plus commission) is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating and selling value-added personal lines insurance programs to prospective clients. A typical workflow includes gathering information, collaborating directly with a producer and / or the prospective client, generating quotations, proposing insurance packages, closing and binding orders, preparing the necessary paperwork, and securing payment information.

Qualifications :

3+ years of personal lines experience, with at least one year of proven insurance sales experience
Additional industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., are considered assets

Skills :

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic

Unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients

Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel

Experience with TAM / EPIC is considered an asset
