We are currently looking for a Maintenance Administration Personnel.
This position will be accountable for the technical record duties for an aircraft fleet, ensuring the accuracy of the information is maintained. Significant diligence and attention to detail is required. Maintenance Administration Personnel work under the guidance of the Airworthiness Manager & Maintenance Planner to provide all applicable information required by the maintenance department and customers to complete projects in a safe, airworthy, effective, and efficient manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for the technical record duties for an aircraft fleet, ensuring the accuracy of the information is maintained.
- Accountable to create, organize, and assemble fleet maintenance work packages to provide accurate, organized, workflow packages to the aircraft Lead Hands.
- Accountable for aircraft journey log sheets, technical logbooks, and integrity of maintenance documentation entries.
- Accountable to maintain the integrity of aircraft, engine, and propeller logbooks.
- Accountable to maintain archival maintenance records.
- Management of aircraft forecasts, maintenance status, configuration, and fleet utilization reports.
- Support the Maintenance Planner to maintain the accuracy of the maintenance program for their responsible fleet. Aid with ongoing AMS revision requirements, both documents and computer tracking changes.
- Support with reviewing and evaluating instructions for continued Airworthiness into the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AD’s, SB’s, Repairs, Engineering Orders, ICA’s) under the guidance of the Maintenance Planner.
- Assist with creating and maintaining maintenance tasks in Ramco.
- Collect technical, maintenance related data from Ramco, OEMs, reports, publications, and databases.
- Create and support technical reports as required internally and externally.
- Responsible for the evaluation and review of technical data and aircraft documents in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner.
- Responsible for the fleet technical records to meet the program requirements and fleet configuration requirements as provided by the Maintenance Planner.
- Assist in creating reports to the Airworthiness Manager and Maintenance Planner for long-term fleet maintenance requirements, improved reliability, cost reductions and maintenance program.
- Work with the Maintenance Planner increasing internal capabilities & efficiencies to support the fleet.
- Consult with Lead Hands to ensure work package expectations are being met.
- Support the induction of new maintenance programs and aircraft into the Conair fleet including aircraft induction and bridging activities.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Conair’s Policies and Procedures and applicable regulations.
- Complete assigned tasks and related paperwork in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Maintain currency as applicable to Conair Memos, Maintenance Bulletins, and notices.
- Perform other related duties as required.
