Duties
Visitor Services – Visitor Information Centre / Entrance Gates / Camping
Welcome visitors in person or over the phone and give them information and directions regarding facilities, services, programs, events and regulations. Record, process and collect fees, issue permits, make reimbursements, sell and assign campsites where applicable. Work with a cash register, compile and record statistical data, fill out forms, sales reports and bank deposits, and use a computer system or point of sale and booking system.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of oTENTik and facilities, report supply deficiencies and maintenance requirements. Also, may be requested to complete other related duties.

EDUCATION :
Successful completion of secondary school education or Public Service Commission approved alternatives, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE :
- Experience in interacting with the public in a reception / orientation capacity;
- Experience in anticipating / meeting public needs, resolving complaints, anticipating / detecting incidents and finding solutions;
- Experience in handling cash and operating point of sales;
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance of facilities and maintaining / restocking supplies;
