Join Our Team at BINX Professional Cleaning – Evening Facilities Supervisor.

BINX Professional Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated Evening Facilities Supervisor to join our team!

About the Role :

As an Evening Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our facilities, training new staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during evening operations.

Schedule :

Evening shifts start at 5 : 00 PM.
Weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements :

A valid G-class driver’s license

Access to a personal vehicle with insurance (vehicle allowance provided)

A clean criminal record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous cleaning experience and supervisory or management experience are mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

Perform regular cleaning duties according to company standards and schedules.

Train and support new employees to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Ensure proper use and safe storage of products.

Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Manage keys, security codes, and access protocols.

Skills & Attributes :

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, vacuuming, etc.).

Comfortable using cleaning equipment and following cleaning protocols.
