Job Title : Defect Coordinator

Job Overview :

• Our Telecommunications client is looking to build a Testing Team to help them with their CRM Transformation Program which will be the gradual transition from the current CRM and its applications to Salesforce on all their lines of business.
• Salesforce will then be used for all wireless and wireline interactions, including self-serve capabilities, and will be completed in a phased approach.
• This initiative will enable Business and Consumer customers to manage their purchases of wireline and wireless products across all customer channels.
• Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Defect Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team.
• In this role, the Defect Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the defect management process, ensuring that defects are reported, tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that high-quality software products are delivered.
