We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Client Care & Billing Clerk for our Sudbury, ON hearing clinic. This is a day shift Monday - Friday position onsite (8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm).
What you'll do :
- Support billing and invoicing within the clinic
- Support patients through payment plan options, insurance direct-billing, and payment questions
- Maintain accurate records within relevant systems
- Perform collections calls
- Producing reports and maintaining exported Excel reports accurately
- Act as a back-up support for the Client Care team by performing general administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
