Job description

Nature du travail

Tu es majeur, tu aimes travailler avec le public, créer des liens, entretenir une conversation, développer ta clientèle, créer des cocktails et les servir, servir de la nourriture, tout en respectant les politiques et procédures. Tu veux évoluer avec une équipe dynamique et professionnelle. Nous donnons aussi plusieurs formations en Hygiène et Salubrité, en santé et sécurité au travail, en plus d’une formation sur les produits et matières dangereuses. Nous avons développé un travail de mentorat pour faciliter ton orientation.

Fonctions principales

Préparer les différentes boissons et les servir
Servir la nourriture
Préparer les boissons pour les serveurs(es)
Mise en place du bar
Être responsable de la caisse et de l’inventaire
Appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de salubrité, de santé et de sécurité au travail
Respecter le mode d’emploi et faire l’entretien de l’équipement
S'assurer de la propreté constante de son poste de travail
Respecter la rotation des stocks
Déballer et ranger les provisions dans les réfrigérateurs, les entrepôts et autres endroits réservés au rangement en respectant la rotation des inventaires
Opérer le lave-verres et ranger les verres aux endroits appropriés
Assurer et exécuter toutes autres tâches demandées par le responsable

Compétences et qualifications

Avoir de l’entregent, une aisance à communiquer, du leadership, être bilingue est un plus, intègre, gère bien le stress, autonome, respectueux et responsable.
