Napsteel is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our customer service team in our Surrey location. ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.Lead, support and manage employees while ensuring a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.Establish performance goals and monitor teamIdentify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow and resource allocation.Monitor operational expenses and optimize operational costs.Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure business objectives are met.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.Oversee vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships as required.Maintain accurate records and ensure operational documentation is current and organized.
