This role is a pathway to becoming a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, where you’ll serve as a strategic partner to some of Canada’s leading companies. How You’ll Succeed :

• Business Development Support : Collaborate with Relationship Managers to coordinate sales activities, execute business development initiatives, and identify growth opportunities through tailored financing solutions.
• Research & Evaluation : Conduct thorough industry, client, and prospect research to evaluate business opportunities. Prepare analyses and support credit submissions, including structuring and documentation.
• Client Experience : Assess client needs, propose solutions, and deliver exceptional service. Apply industry knowledge to develop proposals for financial and strategic solutions that align with client goals.
