PROGRAMME DES SUPERVISEURS EN FORMATION (SEF)

Notre Programme des superviseurs en formation (SEF) est un programme intensif d’une à deux années qui vous permettra d’évoluer sur le plan professionnel et de vous préparer à accepter un poste de direction de succursale et (ou) de ventes stratégiques au sein de notre organisation. Roofmart connaît une période des plus enlevantes, et nous offrons la possibilité à quelques candidats triés sur le volet de faire partie de notre groupe de superviseurs en formation. Les personnes choisies participeront à un programme unique en son genre, qui leur proposera une expérience pratique, de la formation et des occasions de côtoyer de nombreux leaders et des mentors qui font partie des meilleurs au Canada.

VOICI CE QUE NOTRE ÉQUIPE ATTEND DE VOUS :

Maîtrise des six modules du programme

  • Fonctionnement de la succursale : expédition / réception, logistique, santé et sécurité
  • Ventes internes : logiciels et transactions informatisées, service à la clientèle, prise de commandes et assistance aux clients qui se présentent en magasin
  • Gestion des stocks et logistique : répartition et planification de la livraison, commande de matériaux, inventaires tournants, et entretien du parc de véhicules
  • Connaissance du produit : apprendre à connaître les produits et à entretenir la relation avec les fournisseurs
  • Ventes aux clients : administration des ventes, appels aux clients, savoir tisser des relations, tarification et crédit
  • Ressources humaines et gestion : gestion et perfectionnement des ressources humaines, recrutement, rendement financier et établissement des budgets
  • QUALITÉS DE LA PERSONNE IDÉALE :

  • Nette préférence pour des personnes détentrices d’un diplôme universitaire ou d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires / ventes / marketing / gestion
  • Souplesse géographique au Canada

    Our MIT – Manager in Training – Program is a 1-2 year fast-track program to advance your career path, preparing you to take on a branch management and / or strategic sales role within our organization.     Proficient across six Program Modules

  • Branch Operations : shipping / receiving, logistics, and health and safety
