Responsabilités principales :

Effectuer les procédures de travail comme indiqué sur les commandes de réparation avec efficacité et précision selon les normes les plus élevées du fabricant et de la concession;

Effectuer des réparations sur des véhicules;

Travailler avec d'autres membres de l'équipe pour accomplir une mission de satisfaction complète de la clientèle;

Maintenir une communication étroite avec l'équipe de consultants au service lorsque des procédures supplémentaires sont nécessaires ou lorsque les réparations ne

peuvent être complétées dans les délais prescrits;

Assister à des sessions de formation en personne et en ligne au besoin;

Effectuer des tests routiers pour assurer le contrôle de la qualité du travail effectué.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

Un an d'expérience (ou plus) à titre de mécanicien;

De l'expérience en diagnostic de véhicules (un atout);

D'excellentes capacités en communication;

Des connaissances des voitures électriques hybrides (un atout);

Une forte éthique du travail en équipe;

Détenir une carte de compétence émise par le Comité Paritaire de l’Automobile.

Main responsibilities :

Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership;

Carry out repairs on vehicles;

Work with other team members to accomplish a mission of complete customer satisfaction;

Maintains close communication with the team of consultants in the service when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed time frame;

Attend in-person and online training sessions as required;

Perform road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

One year of experience (or more) as a mechanic;

Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);

Excellent communication skills;

Knowledge of hybrid electric cars (an asset);

Strong team work ethic;

Hold a competency card issued by the Comité Paritaire de l'Automobile.
