Position Overview :

We’re seeking a proactive Sales / Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts, business development, client communication. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct research to identify and track potential healthcare clients.
Initiate cold outreach and schedule virtual presentations with prospects.
Maintain and update databases with client.
Prepare proposals, and correspondence as well as other documentations required.
Respond to client inquiries and support onboarding.
Schedule and conduct virtual presentations tailored to client needs.
Write SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Develop information packages and participate in the creation of all promotional campaigns (especially digital content creation, search engine optimization, social media & various ad platforms) and sales aids.
Assist in campaign planning and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

2+ years in marketing, admin support, or client-facing roles.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems, and digital marketing tools like MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligible to work in Canada.

Status : Part-time, permanent – work on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Job Type : Part-time

Part-time hours : 20-24 per week

Schedule :

8-hour shift (9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm)
