The Manager, Digital Marketing Technology is a dynamic role that combines business acumen with technical expertise. Serving as a subject matter expert, relationship manager, and technology leader, you will oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies within our client's Wealth Management division. This includes driving the strategy and execution of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack to deliver cutting-edge programs that enhance client and advisor engagement while optimizing the user experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to manage the end-to-end deployment of new Salesforce features and functionality. From gathering requirements and defining use cases to implementing solutions in live environments, you will be a critical driver of innovation. Your ability to exhibit thought leadership, technical proficiency, and project management expertise will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams from project inception to successful completion.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology, you will also manage key relationships with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Digital, and IT. Your impact will be measured by business outcomes, team engagement, and your ability to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is a 12-month contract, which requires the Manager, Digital Marketing Technology to work 3 days onsite in our client's office in the Financial District in Toronto.
