Job description

We are recruiting for a highly capable Junior Administrator to join a growing team in the financial industry in the Dundas area. In this permanent, full-time opportunity, you will be responsible for working closely with the team to complete administrative responsibilities such as data entry, record management, reporting, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be someone who has completed their post secondary education and is personable, confident, quick learning and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry, client record management, documentation submission, reports
  • Customer support for applications, phone call inquiries
  • Managing scheduling and meeting appointments with advisors, client organization
  • Accuracy and prompt delivery
  • Additional duties as required, including liaising with clients, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma and / or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience and processing-related tasks
  • Knowledge of Office 365 suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and capability of working with high volume paperwork
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
