What You'll Do :

Be a Guardian : Deter, detect, and apprehend individuals engaging in theft and fraud, protecting our products and profits.

Investigate & Analyze : Conduct thorough internal investigations, analyze evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement to resolve incidents of theft and fraud.

Mastermind Loss Prevention : Identify shrink opportunities and collaborate with store teams to implement innovative security strategies.

Be a Team Player : Partner with fellow Asset Protection Representatives and store leadership to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Embrace the Unexpected : Work a flexible schedule that keeps you on your toes and ready for anything.

What You'll Need :

Sharp Skills : Valid Provincial Security Guard License, knowledge of relevant laws (Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act), and familiarity with CCTV and surveillance systems.

Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

People Person : Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Proactive & Trustworthy : High degree of initiative, integrity, and a passion for upholding ethical standards.
