Your new role
As the Manager, Asset Management, you will be responsible for the operational, financial, andpliance performance of the Ontario portfolio. This role is responsible for executing portfolio-level initiatives, driving asset performance, and supporting value optimization strategies across all Ontario properties. The position operates under the direction of the Director, with delegated authority as assigned. Strategic decisions, material financialmitments, and high-risk matters remain under the oversight of the Director. The Manager contributes to maximizing net operating ie (NOI), protecting asset value, and supporting long-term portfolio strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Property Manager of multifamily apartments with a strong financial acumen The candidate brings 5–7 years of multi-residential experience, strong knowledge of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act, and hands-on experience reviewing budgets and operating statements. They also have a solid working knowledge of building systems, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to travel within Ontario.
