Typical workday :
- Provide exceptional service to clients purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
- Maintain effective communication with our guests to ensure a thorough understanding of finance products and documentation.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, and rates to ensure proper program utilization.
- Prepare and complete all documentation including credit applications, contracts and arrange for vehicle registrations.
- Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships with partnering credit facilities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
