Job description
Levert is recruiting for a Red Seal Carpenter (403A General Carpenter) to work on a mining site in Northern Ontario. Schedule in camp Monday to Thursday, 12 hours per day (4/3 rotation) Travel included by bus to site from the following locations. Cochrane, Kapuskasing and Timmins, Ontario.

Core Responsibilities
- Structural & Rough Carpentry: Lay out and construct foundations, footings, floor systems, walls, and roof trusses.
- Finish Carpentry: Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and complex millwork.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes to determine material needs.
- Site Management: Ensure safety compliance (WHMIS, Working at Heights), mentor apprentices, and supervise subcontractors.
- Concrete Work: Form and install concrete structures.
Requirements
- Certification: Valid Journeyperson Certificate with Red Seal endorsement.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years in construction; mining or heavy industrial site experience is an asset.
- License: Valid Ontario G driver's license and reliable ride.
