Reporting to the Technical Director, your responsibilities will include :
- Designing workshop drawings using AutoCAD 2D for custom residential projects.- Updating and revising existing plans based on feedback from production teams or project managers.- Ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines to guarantee high-quality deliverables.- Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure designs meet deadlines and budget requirements.- Analyzing project changes and adjusting plans accordingly.- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, ideally in a cabinetmaking or woodworking context.- Excellent knowledge of materials and techniques used in cabinetmaking.- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role.- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.- Attention to detail, precision, and creativity.
Assets : Experience with high-end residential projects.Understanding of custom manufacturing standards.
Salary$60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on your experience.
