Job descriptionDegree in finance, real estate, or economics (Master’s is a plus). Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial consulting. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of real estate valuation methods (DCF, comparables, income approach, etc.). Solid understanding of real estate markets and asset classes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and real estate projects.
- Analyze asset performance, including cash flow, ROI, IRR, and cap rates.
- Support due diligence by reviewing leases, financial statements, and legal documents.
- Prepare investment reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, and finance teams.
