Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Support Analyst on a temporary basis (up to 1 year) on our Technology team. This position is a remote opportunity and can based anywhere across Western Canada.
Join a dynamic team driving innovation in Energy applications. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, IT Energy Systems, the Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing key Energy platforms across Petroleum, Lubricants, Propane, Transportation, and Distribution. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on improving business processes and supporting mission-critical operations.
You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver smart, scalable solutions that meet complex business needs. Your understanding of Energy and Ag business practices, combined with strong communication, time management, and analytical skills, will be key to your success. What you’ll do :
- Application Support : Provide primary support for Energy applications (e.g., Cardlock, Fleet, Logistics, Bulk Fuel), including incident management, bug tracking, and process improvement.
- Project Participation : Collaborate on IT Energy Systems projects by analyzing requirements, identifying solutions, and supporting implementation and production cutover.
- Performance Monitoring : Maintain system logs and track KPIs to ensure availability targets are met and performance trends are reported.
- Business Impact : Provide technical recommendations to influence decisions and drive improvements across Energy operations and systems.
Who you’ll work with :
The Team : You will work closely with other Support Analysts and Senior Support Analysts, and will report into the Senior Manager, IT Energy Systems.This team strives to cultivate a culture that is collaborative, improvement-focused, and cross-functional.
The Collaborators : You will work closely with other functions in our Technology business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Finance, Fuel Card, and Propane.
