Responsibilities Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Compile and validate monthly reconciliations of intercompany transactions between corporate entities. Prepare monthly consumption tax claims. Perform monthly accurate tracking of various bank fees and interest charges. Support the process for outstanding purchase credit cards. Participate in the development of corporate entity budgets and analyze variances from actual results. Participate in the preparation of consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements. Compile quarterly reports on professional fees paid to our external auditors for the audit committee. Participate in the development and implementation of effective management tools; Support, as needed, the tax compliance process for group entities; Support operations related to certain national contracts managed by corporate entities and validate external and internal invoices related to these contracts; Prepare bank credit renewal documents twice a month; Establish weekly cash flow forecasts for the coming weeks for the head office and compile forecasts from group entities; Compile daily bank positions for all group bank accounts; Support the process of opening and closing group bank accounts; Work in collaboration with multiple business units across North America; Participate in continuous improvement projects and other ad hoc analyses
Qualifications BAC in accounting 2-4 years experience in a similar role Experience working with D365 or other ERP Systems (an Asset) Proficient in Excel Bilingual (an Asset)
