Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Logistics Senior Manager to join our team. This position is based out of Ontario or Quebec with opportunities for hybrid work.
Job Summary :
- Oversee the Logistics team to ensure efficient and timely coordination of logistics across the program in an airport environment.
- Develop and implement governance structures and processes for effective logistics management.
- Collaborate with Program Leads, the Interface Management Group, and other shared services to coordinate program activities.
- Proactively identify potential logistics challenges or conflicts and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and provide feedback on design plans and technical documents concerning constructability and logistics.
- Contribute to program scheduling by offering expertise on activity sequencing, constraints, and durations.
- Offer technical support for change management processes.
- Deliver executive and management-level reports to address issues and track information trends.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of staff through coaching and development.
