The successful candidate will have :

• Leadership skills, with proven ability to develop, mentor, and manage project teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with clients and contractors..
• Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated facilitation / negotiation skills to resolve issues relating to design proposals, payment progress claims, fee determination, and construction contract delays or extra cost claims.
• Excellent consultation, negotiation and conflict management skills to deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues involving diverse stakeholders with potentially conflicting perspectives and requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Time management and organizational skills while working on multiple interrelated projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines to provide timely feedback and decision making.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Excellent writing skills required for generating reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong skills and experience related to the design, construction, and renovation phases of large building infrastructure projects using Construction Management and Design Build delivery methods.
• Active participation in in managing the timely review of design and construction submittals as well as various construction and commissioning site reviews.
