Our client requires a resource to manage SAP HCM transformation with 10 different modules. Responsibilities include project lifecycle management, development of project documentation such as project charters, project plans, schedules, resource estimates and work plans.
Other duties include oversight of change management activities, including problem management, capacity management, and service level agreements.
Liaising with client groups for driving adoption of changes is key to this role, including development of change management plans, stakeholder impact analysis, business readiness assessment and measurement systems.
Work is hybrid with 2-3 days in client office in Edmonton, AB.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Degree or Professional Certification.
- HCM knowledge and experience are preferred as this position will support the HCM stream
- Project Management designation preferred.
- PROSCI certification is preferred for change management roles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications, Google Sheets and Docs.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Sodales, Workforce Scheduling, and other HCM modules
