Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare staffing roles, foster relationships with candidates, and support talent acquisition initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about finding the right people for the right roles, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for healthcare staffing positions. Conduct reference checks and maintain job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain a talent pool using insights into hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market data.
- Event Participation : Represent RhynoCare at job fairs, campus events, and other hiring initiatives to attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive recruitment journey by providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Onboarding Coordination : Partner with healthcare facilities to streamline onboarding processes and set new hires up for success.
- Administrative & Project Support : Assist with various organizational projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition programs.
- Content Development : Create engaging and effective communications related to recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Compliance & Auditing : Conduct audits of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Employee Support : Address staff inquiries and provide resolutions or escalate as needed.
